Terms of Sales
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company hereinafter called "MyFunnyPaw" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of "myfunnypaw.com" called hereinafter “the buyer”.
Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between MyFunnyPaw and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the myfunnypaw.com merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by MyFunnyPaw.
MyFunnyPaw reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those which appear in the catalog published on the MyFunnyPaw site.
These products and services are offered while stocks last.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to the colors.
Prices
MyFunnyPaw reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided below.
Geographical area
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France, the Overseas Territories or Monaco and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
In the event of delivery of a product outside the territory of the European Union and in the French Overseas Territories, the Buyer declares itself the importer of the product and accepts that in such a case MyFunnyPaw may be physically unable to provide him with exact information on the total amount of costs relating to customs duties and formalities or import taxes applicable in the country where delivery of the product is requested.
Unless otherwise stated on the site during the order process or in the description of the products ordered, MyFunnyPaw undertakes in all cases to deliver the products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract with the Buyer.
Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
– complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details or give his customer number if he has one;
– complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
– validate your order after checking it;
– make payment under the conditions provided;
– confirm your order and payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and the waiver of taking advantage of one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
Withdrawal

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fifteen days from receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of initial shipping costs (at note that return costs are the responsibility of the buyer).
Payment terms
The price is due when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through the secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can become aware of it during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will be debited when placing an order for the products or services available and for the amount of the products or services sent.
At the buyer's request, he will be sent a paper invoice showing VAT.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
Packages are shipped within 1 to 2 days.
Standard delivery: 2 to 7 working days after shipping, depending on carrier times.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the MyFunnyPaw premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
MyFunnyPaw is not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer incurred. No refund will be made in this case.
For deliveries to relay points, the package must be opened and checked before signing.
After validation by customer signature, no complaints will be possible.
Guarantee
For any complaints about your order, please contact customer service by email sav@myfunnypaw.com within a maximum of 72 hours upon receipt of your package.
The guarantee no longer applies beyond 30 days from the date of receipt.
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to MyFunnyPaw who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it in exchange for a credit on the site myfunnypaw.com
All complaints or reimbursements must be made by email to the following address: sav@myfunnypaw.com
Any complaints for an order will be impossible beyond 60 days from the invoice date.
Responsibility
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
Intellectual property
All elements of the “myfunnypaw.com” site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of MyFunnyPaw.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.
Litigation
These conditions of online sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
